Alaska Is...Alaska is one of my best friends. It has helped me get lost within myself to help me figure out who I am. It has been there for me the past four years as I learned new things from every year. It has helped me meet some amazing people who will always have a special place in my heart. Alaska has also taught me the true meaning of beauty, adventure, family, leadership, and responsibility. Now I realize I have fallen in love with Alaska and hope we can be friends forever. Final ReflectionsI can’t believe my last trip to Alaska is done already. It feels like just yesterday that I walked off the plane for the first time in awe. Alaska has helped me meet so many amazing people that are now like a second family to me. This year’s trip was so great. From seeing four wolves, to killer whales, from being strangers to becoming family. This trip has once again caught me speechless. There is no way to fully describe this trip and how amazing it is. |
