Alaska Is

Alaska is the same but ever changing; each time more beautiful, more challenging, and more fulfilling when viewed by 75 new sets of eyes.

Final Reflections

AGLP trip #23 is in the books.  I always say that I have three jobs:  To plan the trip; to get everyone to and from Alaska safely; and to make sure nobody messes up.  I'd like to report that I was successful on all three accounts.
It sometimes amazes even me how smoothly the trips go.  Looking back however, it is the seeming zillions of hours of time making reservations, grouping kids, training leaders, and fundraising that make the trips smooth.  Sure it helps to repeat year after year, but every year brings new kids, new leaders, new drivers, and new parents.
I look forward to many more trips to Alaska with the AGLP.  I hope that someone steps forward soon to take the reins to keep the AGLP part of the Marshall community.
