Codi Burk

Interviewed by Hannah L

Today we went to The University of Alaska Fairbanks Museum. While in the art section, I met a museum worker named Codi Burk. Codi has been working at the museum for 15 months and is going to major in theater during college.
Codi Burk grew up in Fairbanks, Alaska. She plans on moving to the lower states after college. "I might come back to Alaska to live out the rest of my life," says Codi. Codi's favorite parts of Alaska are the summers and especially the Kenia Peninsula. Codi likes the Kenia Peninsula because of the mountains, the animals, and how it has only small towns. Codi's least favorite part of Alaska is the winter. When I asked her why she stated, "It gets too cold here in the winter. It drops to 40 degrees below!"
