As I look back at this trip even though it was 2 weeks for me, time is just not a factor. Time is nothing on this trip. It still feels like I’ve been here the whole time. This being my 11th trip most people ask why take a trip with so many kids and I say you just have to come on the trip to find out. I can tell you stories, show you pictures, but it just doesn’t seem to quite get the full effect that its had on me. This is a great project, one of a kind, and its changes you, shows you what you can do, what you thought you might not be able to do, and brings so many together they go from a big group of strangers to family. This trip will be big part of their life some will return to be challenged on the next step and be a junior beader and maybe make it to a junior leader. When you look a what this project is and does you see its more than just a school trip to Alaska its much more and to find that out you just need to come along for the ride.
